عملیات پردازش پس از معامله در بستر بلاکچین؛ الگویی برای به‌کارگیری فین‌تک در مالی اسلامی

چکیده
روزانه حجم بالایی از معاملات مالی و تجاری در بازارهای مالی صورت می‌پذیرد. ثبات و کارایی این سیستم برای نقل‌وانتقال و تسویه‌حساب این معاملات به یک زیرساخت محکم متکی است. با توجه به اینکه تعداد زیادی از معاملات باعث اشتباهات و عدم تطابق‌های ‌عدیده‌ای می‌‌گردد، نیاز بود تا از فناوری‌های جدید برای ارتقای سیستم مالی استفاده شود. مقاله حاضر نسبت که چه نقشی در ارتقای فرایندهای مالی در بورس داشته باشد، به تحلیل فناوری بلاکچین می‌پردازد. بررسی‌ها نشان داده است که مدل عملیات پردازش پس از معامله مبتنی‌بر فناوری بلاکچین (فناوری دفتر کل توزیع‌شده و با تکنیک‌های تخصصی پردازش‌شده) می‌تواند کارایی را افزایش داده و موجب ارتقای تطابق اصول فقهی عملیات پس از معامله با تکیه‌بر شریعت، به‌خصوص قاعده لاضرر گردد. همچنین شفافیت موجود در شبکه بلاکچین موجب می‌شود که امکان تقلب و تخلف کاهش یابد. از طرف دیگر، معایب موجود در فرایند فعلی از‌جمله: تأخیر در دریافت تأییدیه انتقال مالکیت، اطلاعات ناسازگار، ریسک مشارکت، ریسک عملیاتی، ابهام در تسویه، پیچیدگی حساب‌های امانی و واسطه‌های پرهزینه به حداقل میزان خود کاهش می‌یابد. هدف مقاله حاضر این است که مدلی در جهت برطرف نمودن معایب فرایند جاری عملیات پس از معامله در بستر بلاکچین ارائه داده و سپس فرایند پردازش پس از معامله تجاری را با الگوریتم مبتنی‌بر بلاکچین استخراج کرده و مزایای این مدل از منظر کارایی، فقه و شریعت اسلامی و ‌فین‌تک اسلامی را بررسی نماید.

Post-Transaction Processing Operations in the Blockchain Platform; a Model for Using Fintech in Islamic Finance

چکیده English

Large-scale financial operations are carried out every day in the financial markets. The stability and efficiency of this system rely on a solid infrastructure for the transfer and settlement of these transactions. This article analyzes the role that blockchain can play in improving these processes. Post-transaction processes enable buyers and sellers to exchange details, verify their activities, change ownership of documents, and exchange security. Studies have shown that the model of post-transaction processing operations based on blockchain can increase efficiency and improve their compliance with the principles of jurisprudence (fiqh) and Sharia, especially the “harmless rule” (la-zarar) and the Darya barrier (blocking the ways of evil). Also, the transparency of the blockchain network reduces the possibility of fraud and misconduct. On the other hand, the disadvantages of the current process such as delays in obtaining ownership transfer confirmation, inconsistent information, participation risk, operational risk, settlement ambiguity, the complexity of trust accounts, and costly intermediaries are minimized, which in turn leads to the improvement of compliance with Islamic jurisprudence.
