Redesigning Qard-al-Hasan Bank in the Islamic Banking Plan as an Institution that Expands the Culture of Qard-al-Hasan (Emphasizing the Actions of RESALT QARD AL_HASAN BANK

Abstract
Objective:
The full realization of Islamic banking is one of the goals of the Iranian banking system, which can have many social and economic benefits. Qard-Al-Hasan, as an effective tool for distributional and poverty alleviation goals, is consistent with the goals of the Islamic society. This research was conducted with the aim of redesigning Qard-Al-Hasan Bank in the Islamic banking plan, to transform it into an institution that spreads the culture of Qard-Al-Hasan.
Methodology:
This research used a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative part, data was collected from a statistical population including Islamic banking experts and bank managers using semi-structured interviews. In the quantitative part, 100 questionnaires were distributed among the experts through simple random sampling, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS software.
Findings:
The results showed that establishing Qarz-ul-Hasana Bank as a non-profit social bank, allocating resources based on social takaful, supporting the government, using digital banking, eliminating lotteries and costly advertisements, and allowing the introduction of loans to the needy are among the solutions that, when included in the Islamic banking plan and relevant laws, can transform Qard-Al-Hasan Bank into an effective institution in spreading the culture of Qard-Al-Hasan.
Conclusion:
By adopting the proposed approaches in redesigning Qard-Al-Hasan Bank and strengthening its role in the Islamic banking plan, this institution can effectively play a role in achieving the social and economic goals of the Islamic society.
