Authors are required to upload the following three files through the journal’s online submission system:

This file must contain the full text of the article. Authors must strictly comply with the journal’s Manuscript Preparation Guidelines when preparing their submission.

• The manuscript file must not contain the names, affiliations, or identifying information of the authors.
• If the submitted file does not conform to the journal’s formatting and preparation guidelines, it will be returned to the authors for revision and resubmission.
• Strict adherence to the guidelines will facilitate and expedite the review and peer-review process.

The corresponding author must download the declaration form in one of the above formats, complete it accurately, and sign it. A scanned image of a handwritten signature is acceptable.

• The individual identified and signing as the corresponding author must submit the manuscript using their own user account in the journal system.
• If the submitter in the system and the signatory of the declaration form are not the same person, the manuscript will be returned for clarification and resubmission.
• When completing the form, the affiliation of all authors must be provided in accordance with the journal’s affiliation guidelines.

• Addition or removal of authors after submission is not permitted. Therefore, authors must carefully verify the number, details, and order of authors when completing the declaration form and registering the manuscript in the system.
• If the article title is revised based on reviewers’ comments, the corresponding author must resubmit a newly completed and signed declaration form reflecting the revised title at the final acceptance stage.

Before submitting the manuscript, the corresponding author must obtain a Research Integrity Certificate (Text Similarity Report) and upload it to the journal system in accordance with the following requirements:

• For Persian manuscripts:
  Upload the manuscript to the Samim Noor similarity detection system at: https://www.samimnoor.ir After receiving the similarity report certificate, upload the certificate file during submission in the journal system.
  
  
• For English manuscripts:
  Upload the manuscript to the iThenticate similarity detection system at: https://www.ithenticate.com After receiving the similarity report certificate, upload the certificate file during submission in the journal system.
• Important Note:
  When registering the manuscript in either similarity detection system, authors must enter the journal’s email address (ifr@isu.ac.ir) ) to enable the journal to verify and validate the similarity report.
